Raw vegetables are often said to be stale, but if eaten raw, they contain a higher amount of vitamins and fiber. Furthermore sliced and packed in a zip-lock bag they serve as an easy snack. The dip contains a high amount of protein, which is absorbed even better in combination with the nutrients of the vegetables. The perfect snack!
We want to highlight the turnip especially. It is very digestible and contains a high amount of vitamin C. Especially when working out a lot, it is important to support your immune system with vitamins.
