Ingredients per serving
- 1 (200g or 7 oz.) turnip
- 3 (200g or 7 oz.) carrots
- 1 (200g or 7 oz.) apple
- 200g (7 oz.) fat free greek yogurt
- ½ orange
- ½ lemon
- salt
Preparation
- Peel and grate turnip and carrot.
- Grate apple with peel, be careful not to grate the core.
- Squeeze orange and lemon.
- Mix grated turnip, carrots and apple with yogurt, orange and lemon juice.
- Season with a little pinch of salt.
