Horseradish contains anti-inflammatory mustard oils and lots of potassium, which strengthens heart and nerves, as well as magnesium, calcium and iron. It is full of valuable nutrients that strengthen you for training and promote regeneration.
As the spiciness of the horseradish evaporates quickly in fresh air, it should always be prepared in conjunction with lemon juice to preserve. Make sure to buy freshly grated horseradish that does not contain other ingredients like cream.
