- 50g (1.8 oz.) oatmeal
- 1 orange
- 3 dried figs (unsweetened)
- 2 tablespoons (30g or 1 oz.) walnuts
- 2 tablespoons (30g or 1 oz.) shelled pistachio nuts (unsalted)
- 200g (7 oz.) fat free greek yogurt
- 150ml (0.6 cups) low-fat milk
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
- Crush pistachios and walnuts coarsely with the flat side of a large knife blade.
- Cut orange in eight pieces and remove zest.
- Cut dried figs into small pieces.
- Mix, oatmeal, orange pieces, figs, nuts, yogurt and milk, season with cinnamon.
