If you are on any medication, you should not eat grapefruits, as they weaken or even neutralize the drugs in your medication. In this case, you can simply replace the grapefruit with an orange.

Ingredients per serving
- 1 grapefruit
- 70g (2.5 oz.) dried cranberries (unsweetened)
- 50g (1.8 oz.) oatmeal
- 30g (1 oz.) hazelnuts (chopped or sliced)
- 250g (8.8 oz.) fat free greek yogurt
- 150 ml (0.6 cup) low-fat milk
Preparation
- Roast hazelnuts in a pan without any fat on medium heat for about 3 minutes.
- Meanwhile cut grapefruit in eighth pieces, cut out flesh and dice.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
