
Coconut improves the absorption and utilisation of the vitamins contained in the lime. Fat free greek yogurt makes this dish a high-protein snack, a healthy desert or a tasty post-workout snack.
Take care that the lime is organic, as the peel of those is not as contaminated with pollutants as common limes.

Ingredients per serving
- 300g (8.8 oz.) fat free greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons low-fat yogurt
- 1 organic lime
- 20g (0.7 oz.) coconut flakes or chips
Preparation
- Roast coconut flakes or chips in a pan without any fat for about 3 minutes on medium heat.
- Wash the lime with hot water, rub dry.
- Grate the zest of the lime with a fine grater. Halve lime and squeeze one half.
- Mix lime juice and zest with fat free greek yogurt and yogurt.
- Sprinkle with coconut flakes or chips.
