Ingredients per serving
- 3 eggs
- 1 handful of fresh parsley
- 1 handful of fresh chives
- 1 handful of fresh basil
- 1 handful of fresh dill
- ½ beet of fresh cress
- 3 tablespoons fat free greek yogurt
- ½ teaspoon chili flakes or rings (fresh or dried)
- salt, Pepper
Preparation
- Cook eggs for 8 minutes.
- Meanwhile wash herbs, pat or spin dry.
- Pluck and mince the leaves.
- Mix minced herbs with chili and yogurt, season with salt and pepper.
- After cooking, hold eggs under cold water, peel and cut them into half, drizzle with herb sauce.
