Ingredients per serving
- 1 stick of celery
- 1 apple
- 150g (5.3 oz.) cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons (40g or 1.4 oz.)low-fat yogurt
- 1 handful parsley
- 1 pinch of curry powder
- salt, pepper
Preparation
- Wash celery, apple and parsley, pat dry.
- Cut celery into small cubes.
- Cut apple into quarters, remove seeds, grate on a grater.
- Chop parsley finely.
- Mix celery cubes and grated apple with chopped parsley, cottage cheese and yogurt mix, season with curry, salt and pepper
