This drink is full of vitamins and boosts your metabolism. Therefore, it is perfect as a morning drink or after a meal. You can also drink it directly before training, to get a power boost from the spiciness of the chili and the vitamin C in the kiwi and in the orange juice.
Only buy freshly squeezed pulpy orange juice that does not contain any added sugar. An even better option would be squeezing fresh oranges. 4 juicy oranges will be enough for about 300ml (1.3 cups) juice.
